I am pleased that one of my Beekeeper Portrait paintings has been included in the Long Island Public Arts Festival, hosted in Geiger Park in Deer Park, NY. The Long Island Public Arts Festival showcases a selection of curated artwork, photographed and printed on vinyl banners in 6-foot installations throughout the outdoor public park. My painting of Darcy will be on view from September 1 - October 4, 2026.

Meet The Artists Night brings together the 21 exhibiting artists on display at Geiger Park, community members, and Town of Babylon leadership for a golden-hour reception. Walk the pathways, view the 6ft x 6ft outdoor installations, and connect directly with the featured creators behind this specific site.

This event is free, family-friendly, and open to all ages. While tickets are not required for entry into the park, please RSVP on Eventbrite so we can prepare an accurate headcount for host planning!

The Long Island Public Arts Festival was founded through a two-year partnership between BACCA (Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts), Harper Bella, and Jose Tutiven, an initiative made possible by Creatives Rebuild New York. The festival was conceived as an accessible opportunity for artists across New York to showcase their work in a novel way, fostering community engagement and enhancing the local landscape.
